• Counseling : Considerable experience as a result of over 300 one-on-one counseling with ex-offender in the areas of career assessment and alcohol and drug abuse.

• Program Design : Initiated, designed and implemented a career planning workshop that resulted in nearly 220 probationary attendees participating with over 50% landing jobs within 6 months of program's completion.

• Leadership : Headed up Prison Reform Board, a 16-member state organization designed to improve prison condition and treatment of inmates.

• Human Relation : Developed reputation in working with diverse ethnic/neighborhood groups to encourage probationary individuals to avail themselves of counseling.

• Management : Lead counselor over 9 other counselors in evening Crisis Intervention Center.  During 14 months as lead counselor, center handled over 4,000 phone calls and 1,900 walk-ins requiring assistance.
